Ingredients

- 2 cups Glutinous Sticky Rice
- 6 oz Frozen Gac Fruit
- 14 oz Coconut Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Soak sticky rice in water for 3-4 hours or overnight. Then, using a mesh strainer, rinse rice

Add rice to a steamer basket, and steam on low for 30-40 minutes

While the sticky rice is cooking, combine coconut milk with sugar and salt in a mixing bowl

Add a third of the coconut milk to the sticky rice, reserving the rest for a topping. Gently fluff rice and steam for another 10 minutes

Serve with Coconut milk, Vietnamese ham, crushed salty peanuts, or a mixture of sesame seeds and sugar
