- 3 cups Broken Rice
- 3 cups Water
- 3 lbs Pork Chops
- 2 stalks Lemongrass
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Minced Shallots
- 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce
- 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Annatto Seed Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Eggs
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Scallion Oil
- Do Chua (Pickled Veggies)
- Nuoc Cham (Fish Sauce Dipping Sauce)

Combine minced lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, annatto seed oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add pork chops, mix well, and let marinate covered in the fridge for at least half an hour

Rinse broken rice under cold water 2-3 times or until water runs clear. Add rice to a rice cooker, and add equal parts water. Cook on standard rice settings

Grill pork chops, getting excellent grill marks, and cook until pork reaches a safe internal temp of 145F
