Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 medium Green Papaya
- 1 bunch Thai Basil
- 4 oz Vietnamese Beef Jerky
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Maggi Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Sambal (Garlic Chili Sauce)
- 1/4 cup Water
- Sriracha

Peel green papaya, and shred into thin ribbons

Remove Thai basil leaves from the stem, then lay leaves together and chiffonade

Cut Vietnamese beef jerky into thin strips

Sauce:

Combine sugar, white vinegar, soy sauce, Maggi seasoning, Sambal, and filtered water in a mixing bowl or container. Mix well until sugar is thoroughly combined

To a plate, add a bed of shredded green papaya. Top with cut Thai basil and Vietnamese beef jerky
