Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese (at room temperature or softened)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup sugar-free powdered sweetener
- 1 lime (first zest the lime and add to the dip and then squeeze the juice.)

In a medium mixing bowl, add the heavy cream and whip with an electric mixer until soft peak forms. Reserve!

In another large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, yogurt, and sweetener, beating on low speed until creamy and homogeneous.

Add the lime juice and beat until combined. Mix in the lime zest and then gently fold the reserved whipped heavy cream until fully combined and fluffy.

Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving with your favorite low-carb fruits (berries).
