- 1 medium-sized cabbage
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 250 gram minced beef
- 250 gram cooked prawn meat
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 chili finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 splash water
- coriander to garnish

Shred the cabbage into thin strips.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan. Stir-fry the minced beef over medium heat until cooked

In another pan, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Stir-fry the onion with the curry powder and salt over medium heat. Cook in small batches, then return all to the pan and cook for 2 minutes until mixed and cooked throughout. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add the chopped prawn meat and chilli to the pan. Stir-fry until cooked, then mix with the beef mixture and set aside.

Heat a wok over high heat. Add a splash of water and the remaining oil. Add the cabbage in batches.

Once the cabbage is nearly cooked, add a cup of cabbage with a cup of the meat mixture. Stir-fry on high for a few seconds.

Do not overcook the cabbage; it is best served a little crisp.
