  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili pepper flakes (use less if you don't want it to be very spicy.)
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp brown sweetener (Brown Swerve or Golden Monkfruit)
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. 1

Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until combined, then simmer on low for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.

  2. 2

Once cooled, transfer the sauce mixture to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, if desired, for a smoother texture.

  3. 3

Place the mayonnaise in a medium-sized bowl. Gradually pour and whisk the cooled sauce mixture into the mayonnaise until smooth and well incorporated.

  4. 4

Transfer the bang bang sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use. Give it a good stir before serving, and enjoy on your favorite dishes!
