- 2 cups Oil, For Frying
- 8 oz Imitation Crab
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp Melted butter
- 1/2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 stalks Green Onions, Chopped
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Panko Bread Crumbs

Mix imitation crab, softened cream cheese, mozzarella, green onions, melted butter, soy sauce, condensed milk, and garlic powder until smooth

Spread the mixture evenly into a parchment-lined pan and freeze for 1 hour, until firm

Cut into partially frozen mixture into sticks, then coat each in flour, beaten eggs, and panko. Press the panko firmly and freeze again for 15 minutes

Heat oil to 350F for 2-3 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove and let excess oil drain on a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate
