  • 500 g Pork ribs
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 5 ginger slices
  • 1.5 L hot water
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Prepare your vegetables by chopping carrots, tomatoes and pumpkin into large chunks.

    In a pot, boil your pork ribs for 3-4 minutes to remove the scum and foam. Drain the water and set the pork ribs aside.

    Using the sauté function of your pressure cooker, sauté ginger slices for 1-2 minutes until golden and fragrant. Then add the pork ribs and brown all sides for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the chopped pumpkin, carrots, tomatoes, hot water and salt. Pressure cook for 25 minutes, then let the cooker to naturally release.

    Once cooked, taste the soup and add salt according to your taste.
