Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 4 stalks Green Onion (white part only)
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tbsp MSG (Optional)
  • Green Onions (green part)

Instructions

    Make the marinade in a mixing bowl by combining soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, oil, salt, pepper, white part of green onions, and minced garlic. Toss wings in marinade and let that marinate overnight

    Grill wings on its low heat setting for 10-11 minutes, flipping halfway in between, or until wings reach a safe internal temperature of 165F

    Serve wings on a plate and garnish with the green part of green onions, and enjoy!
