Ingredients

  • 21.2 ounce Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 TBSP honey (or maple syrup or agave for a vegan treat, Use a sugar-free maple syrup for a keto dessert.)
  • 1/3 cup whey isolate protein
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (coconut flakes)
  • 3 strawberries (thinly sliced (or raspberries or another fresh fruite))
  • ½ cup blueberries (or blackberries, or a mixed berries)
  • 2 TBSP crushed pistachios (OPTIONAL (or other nut of choice, or granola))

Instructions

    If adding whey to your frozen yogurk bark, blend it with yogurt and honey in a food processor or blender until the mixture is creamya dn homogeneous. If skipping the whey, simple mix the yogurt with the honey by hand.

    Then, pour the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it to form a single layer.

    Evenly sprinkle the chia seeds on top and arrange the berries and the nuts if using them.

    Transfer the baking sheet to a freezer. When the yogurt bark is completely frozen (3 hours or more), pull up the parchment paper.

    Using a sharp Chef’s knife, cut the bark into pieces (12-15) , and serve immediately. Enjoy! TIP: Before slicing, rinse the knife in warm water and dry well.
