Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 8 sheets phyllo dough (14 x 9)
  • 8 ounces light cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping (I like TruWhip )
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 4 kiwifruit (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 oz white baking chocolate (melted)

Instructions

    In a small bowl, combine butter and oil.

    Place one sheet of phyllo dough on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Brush with butter mixture.

  4. 4

    Repeat with remaining sheets.

  5. 5

    Bake at 400F for 5-7 minutes, or until browned. Cool completely.

    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, beat well.

  7. 7

    Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled phyllo.

  8. 8

    Top with fruit.

  9. 9

    Melt chocolate in microwave in 30 second intervals and drizzle over fruit.
