- 0.5 cup butter
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 0.5 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon coffee granules
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup zucchini
- 1 large overripe banana
- 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 8 servings confectioner's sugar - optional

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
