  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coffee granules
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1 large overripe banana
  • 1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
  • 8 servings confectioner's sugar - optional

    Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 10-inch cake or springform pan with oil.
