- 2 tablespoon seasame seeds
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Marinate the beef

Combine the minced spring onions, sesame seeds, crushed garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the thinly sliced beef and mix well. Marinate in an airtight container overnight in the refrigerator.

Heat oil in a wok or deep frying pan to a suitable cooking temperature. Place the flour in a shallow dish and the beaten eggs in another bowl. Coat each marinated beef slice in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs.
