  • 700 g Chicken Neck
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt (adjust to taste )
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 handful Coriander
  • 1 Bullet Chilli

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat the Oil in a pot or pan over medium heat until hot.

  2. 2

Add the Onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn lightly browned.

  3. 3

Add the Tomatoes and continue cooking until they are softened and form a paste-like consistency.

  4. 4

Stir in the Ginger Paste and Garlic Paste, and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. 5

Add the Spices (Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, and Salt) and stir well. Cook for a few minutes to release their aroma.

To prevent the spices from burning, add 2 tablespoons of water and mix. Cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.

  7. 7

Add the Chicken Neck and stir to coat it thoroughly with the spices. Cook for a few minutes to ensure the chicken is well-mixed with the flavors.

  8. 8

Pour in the Water, cover the pot with a lid, and let it cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  9. 9

Once cooked, garnish with Coriander, Dried Fenugreek, and Bullet Chilli. Mix well, ensuring the garnish is evenly distributed.
