  • 350 grams salmon cutlet
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 5 grams ginger
  • 1 chili
  • 1 teaspoon cooking wine
  • 1 rind of lime
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 5 grams butter
