Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp Korean soybean paste (doenjang)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sweet rice wine (mirim)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced )
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • dashes hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Grease a baking dish and place salmon fillet; set aside.

    To make the soybean paste glaze, combine the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the glaze over the salmon.
