Ingredients
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 Teaspoon curry powder
- 1 Clove garlic
- 3 cubes of maggi
- 1 bulb of onion
- 1 Teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups rice
- 7 roma tomatoes
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 3 scotch bonnet peppers
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1 can of tomato puree
- 2 cooking spoons of vegetable oil
- 3 cups water

*Wash rice by rubbing the rice between your palms in a bowl of water and draining the water till clear.Blend tomatoes, pepper and garlic and bring to boil till the excess water dries up.Chop Onions
