Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet (cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1 large colored bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red pepper paste
  • ½ large red or yellow onion
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 lemon's juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon 7 spices
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease a large baking pan.

    Add all the spices,parsley, olive oil, bell pepper, garlic, pepper paste, onion, and lemon juice into a food processor.

    Process them until chunky.

    Bake at 400 degrees F for 15–20 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flaky when pulled apart with a fork. You can broil the last 1–2 minutes if desired.
