Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 4 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 inch Ginger (grated)
- 2 Chillies (finely chopped (adjust to taste))
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Water
- Salt (to taste)
- Coriander (chopped, for garnish)

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they start to soften and turn golden brown.

Stir in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped red chillies. Cook for another minute.
