- 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2-2 teaspoons ground white pepper
- 3 tablespoon oil, divided
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tablespoon garlic
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup carrot, diced
- 6 oz turkey meat, slice into small pieces 1-2 inches long
- 2 1/2 cups rice
- 1/4 cup green onion

Make the sauce in a small bowl, and set aside.

Whisk the eggs lightly in a small bowl

Heat oil in a large wok, large skillet, or saute pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add the lightly beaten eggs and scramble. Set aside.

Add oil to the pan and garlic and onion, and cook, until lightly browned and fragrant.
