  • 2 cups cooked salmon
  • 2 cup imitation crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
  • nori
  • roasted sesame seeds
  • sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. 1

In a baking pan, add about 4-5 cups cold cooked rice, sugar, and vinegar. If you have miri, you can substitute the sugar and vinegar with 1 tablespoon miri.

  2. 2

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

In a bowl, combine the cooked salmon and imitation crab meat, and shred them together.

  4. 4

Add in sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soy sauce, and sesame oil, and mix in with the salmon and crab meat.

  5. 5

Sprinkle some crush nori over rice and spread the salmon mixture over the rice in a baking dish, creating an even layer.

  6. 6

Drizzle Japanese barbeque sauce and sriracha over the layer.

  7. 7

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

  8. 8

Remove from the oven and garnish with nori strips, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.

  9. 9

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. You can enjoy it as is or with additional soy sauce for dipping.

  10. 10

This sushi bake offers a delicious twist on traditional sushi flavors. Enjoy!
