- 500 g Lamb (boneless, cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 150 g Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1- inch Ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- Salt (adjust to taste)
- Coriander (for garnish)
- Lemon (wedges, for serving)

In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, paprika, chili powder, garam masala, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form a smooth marinade.

Add the lamb pieces to the marinade and ensure they are well-coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
