  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Green Chilli (chopped (adjust to taste))
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

    In a blender or food processor, combine the fresh cilantro leaves, chopped onion, green chili, minced garlic, ground cumin, and salt.

    Blend the ingredients until you get a smooth paste, adding 2 tablespoons of water to help with the blending process.
