  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 litre Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150 ml Single Cream
  • Salt (adjust to taste)
  • Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Chives (for garnish)

Instructions
