- 300 g Leeks (washed and sliced)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 litre Vegetable Stock
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 ml Single Cream
- Salt (adjust to taste)
- Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
- Chives (for garnish)
