Ingredients

- 2 tbsp loose leaf black tea
- 2 cardamom pods
- 4 strands saffron
- 4 edible rosebuds
- 2 inches cinnamon stick

Bring 2 cups of water to boil.

Place the loose leaf tea in a teapot.

Pour hot water over the tea. Put the lid on.

Let the tea brew in the teapot for about 5-10 minutes.

Bring more water to boil.

Fill 1/3 glass cups with brewed tea. Fill the cups with hot water.

For darker tea, fill 1/2 cups with brewed tea and for lighter tea, fill the cups up to 1/4.

Serve with sugar cubes, raisins, dates or cookies.
