Milk Soup with Drop Noodles
Zupa Mleczna is a delicious Polish snack that is usually made with drop noodles. It can also be made with other noodles, pasta, semolina, or rice. Enjoy sweet or savory!

Ingredients

- 2 cup whole milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp sugar (optional)
- a pinch salt

Bring milk to a boil in a pot, then reduce the heat.

Meanwhile, knead an elastic, compact dough from the flour, water and eggs.

Grate the mash in the large holes of the grater right into the boiling milk. You can also form small dumplings by hand if you don't have a grater. Cook until soft and serve warm.

If you want a sweet version, add sugar and even a pinch of cinnamon before serving.

Mash can be cooked separately in salted water, strained, and added to milk.
