Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 800 g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 1 tsp Ginger (Grated)
  • Salt (To taste)
  • Black Pepper (To taste)
  • Green Onions (Garnish)
  • Sesame Seeds (Garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the vegetable oil, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the sauce is well combined.

  3. 3

Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them in the sauce, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. 4

Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. 5

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes, or until the wings are cooked through and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.

  6. 6

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

  7. 7

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.

  8. 8

Serve the Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings hot as an appetizer or main dish.
