Fig Margarita
Summer is the perfect time to infuse tequila because there are so many fruits in season. Have fun picking your fruits, berries, citrus, and even chiles. For this margarita recipe, I used my homemade fig-infused tequila to make this gorgeous pastel pink late fall cocktail!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 2 figs (sliced)
- juice of 1 lime
- 6 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2 ounces fig infused tequila or blanco tequila
- splash of club soda
- crushed ice
Instructions

Add figs, lime juice, mint leaves, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker and muddle.

Strain the liquid into a glass. Add tequila and top off with club soda, ice, and stir.
