We kicked off the Christmas season this year by making these yummiliciously fun Snowball Melting Moments Cookies; a cookie that melts deliciously in the mouth just like real snowballs!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 1/2 cup flour, 195g
- 1/2 cup cornstarch, 60g
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 31g
- 1 cup butter, room temp, 227g
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, for sprinkling, 62g
Instructions

Sift the flour, cornstarch and salt in one bowl.

Use hand mixer to beat softened butter and sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add in vanilla and mix in.

Add in the flour mixture and stir until just mixed.

Cover and chill dough for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350F (170C).

Line baking sheet with parchment paper, make as many approx 1 inch balls as you can and place onto baking sheet at 1 inch intervals.

Bake 13 mins or until just the tiniest bit brown at the bottom edges.

Let cool for 5 mins on the tray, then shift powdered sugar over until cookies are covered.
