  • 500 ml Water
  • 10 g Tea Leaves (Black)
  • 10 g GInger (Fresh, thinly sliced)
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom Pods (Green)
  • 2 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick (About 5 cm)
  • 10 ml Milk
  • 10 g Sugar (adjust to taste)

Instructions

    In a saucepan, add water, ginger, cloves, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, and the cinnamon stick. Bring it to a boil.

    Once boiling, add the loose black tea leaves and reduce the heat to low. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the milk to the simmering tea. Allow it to simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
