Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 cup (227g) milk, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon (14g) King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract
- 5 tablespoons (70g) butter, melted
- 2 cups (227g) King Arthur Unbleached Self-Rising Flour
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
Instructions

Preheat your waffle iron as directed. Lightly grease with non-stick vegetable oil spray, or melted shortening.

Beat together the milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter in a medium-sized bowl.

Stir in the flour and sugar; a few small lumps are OK.

Cook the waffles as directed in the instructions that came with your waffle iron.
