- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeno
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to make a spice rub.

Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and sprinkle spice rub generously on both sides.

Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing into small strips.

Warm tortillas in the microwave for 30 seconds or on a skillet.
