Nutella Biscotti
These Nutella BIscotti Cookies are sweet, crunchy and crumbly! Dip them in milk, coffee or tea for the perfect afternoon snack! This is a very easy and simple recipe you'll be making again and again!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Nutella
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg yolks

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Whisk all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk in Nutella, egg yolks and egg.

Add dry ingredients and walnuts to the Nutella and egg mix and work the mixture with your hands for about 1 to 2 minutes, until it comes together – it should be a slightly sticky dough ball.

Divide the dough in half and place them on a piece of parchment paper. Flatten and shape each piece into a rectangular loaf, about 2 inches high.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes and lower heat to 275ºF.

Slice the loaves into half and inch thick pieces and place the pieces back on the parchment paper.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Turn the heat off and take the biscotti out of the oven. Let cool to room temperature before eating.
