Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 lb pork or beef tenderloin ((cut into long thin strips))
- 3 Tbsp of grape seeds oil or oil of your choice
- 1 Tbsp shao xing wine
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp of oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sweet bean paste
- 1/2 Tbsp shao xing wine
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 stalks of green onion ((cut into long thin strips and soak in cold water while you are preparing for other things))

Marinade the meat with the marinade ingredients (except for the oil, add that last just before cooking) and let sit for about 30 minutes. Mix all the seasonings ingredient in the bowl and set aside

Preheat a wok and then add in oil. Add in the meat and stir-fry the meat until it changes color. Add in the seasonings you prepared above and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through. Remove from the wok into a serving platter. Serve with shredded green onions on the side
