- 100 ml Olive Oil
- 1 Onions
- 750 g Chicken (Murgh)
- 200 g Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Chillies
- Coriander (Dhaniya)
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)

Heat the olive oil in the pan on medium heat until hot

Add the ginger paste and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes on high heat

Add the finely diced onions and cook for 5 minutes until softened

Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high heat until the chicken changes colour

Add the salt, black pepper, and crushed chillies then cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat

Add the yoghurt and cook for a further 6-8 minutes on medium heat

Add the chopped coriander, crushed cumin seeds and chopped green chillies
