Ingredients

Quantities are shown as originally provided.

  • 10 oz fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • ⅓ cup sugar, honey, agave, or monk fruit (adjust to taste)
  • 1 package quick-cooking boba pearls (cooks in 3–5 minutes)
  • 1½ cups oat milk (chilled)

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook boba pearls (3–5 minutes) per package instructions, then rinse with cold water. Toss with honey or syrup to keep them sweet and separate. Any boba works—white or black—I used both but opted for white ones for the photos.

  2. 2

In a blender, combine fresh strawberries, milk and sugar or your choice of sweetener. Blend until smooth.

  3. 3

Fill serving glasses halfway with cooked boba pearls. Pour the strawberry puree over the boba, filling about two-thirds of the glass. Serve with wide boba straws and enjoy immediately.
