  • 500 g Spaghetti
  • 500 g Beef (minced)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 400 g Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1 Beef Stock (cube, dissolved In 200ml hot water)
  • Salt (adjust to taste)
  • Black Pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated, to serve)

Instructions

    Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until it's al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they become soft.

    Add the beef mince to the frying pan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's browned all over.

    Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, and dried basil to the frying pan. Cook for a few minutes until the sauce has slightly thickened.

    Pour the beef stock into the pan and stir well. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

    Simmer the Bolognese sauce for 15-20 minutes until the beef is tender and the sauce has thickened to your liking.
