- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 7 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (or white whole wheat)
- ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Brown sugar for sprinkling (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with parchment liners or lightly grease with butter or oil.
