Sawsawan (Filipino Vinegar Dipping Sauce)

Sawsawan is a Filipino vinegar-based dip that brightens dishes with a sharp, tangy flavor. This is traditionally paired with grilled or fried foods to offset the heaviness and richness of the meal.
