- 3 Chicken Legs
- 300 g Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Mint Sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala
- 1 tbsp Dried Fenugreek
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 handful Coriander

Cut slits in the chicken legs to allow the marinade to penetrate.

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.

Add the chicken legs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade, ensuring they are fully covered.

Let the chicken marinate for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to soak in.

Heat up a tawa pan and add 1 tbsp of oil to coat the surface.

Add the chicken legs to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat, turning them occasionally to ensure they cook evenly.
