Smoked Salmon Sprouts Sandwich
This supersized smoked salmon sandwich with sprouts, and creamy dill cream cheese is perfect for brunch or afternoon tea. Most grocery stores sell pre-sliced smoked salmon and cream cheese, which makes this recipe super easy! Top it with some homegrown alfalfa sprouts, capers and thinly sliced red onions for an extra layer of delicious crunch!

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 4 slices bread, thick cut
- 6 oz sliced smoked salmon
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- dash of freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste
- 2 springs of dill
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed
- 2 tbsp capers, drained (optional)
- 2 oz alfalfa sprouts/radish sprouts (learn how to grow alfalfa sprouts at home)
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion (optional)
Instructions

Toast two pieces of bread to desired darkness.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, pressed garlic and freshly chopped dill together. Mix well with a fork.

Spread the cream cheese on top of a slice of toast.

Top with smoked salmon, thinly sliced red onions, dash of freshly ground black pepper and salt, homegrown alfalfa and radish sprouts, and garnish with dill and capers.

Top your sandwich with another piece of toast if you want to enjoy it stacked. Slice across the centre.
