- 750 g Chips (fried)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Bell Pepper (red)
- 1/2 Bell Pepper (green)
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White Pepper
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- 1
Heat the oil in a wide pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- 2
Add the onion along with the red and green bell peppers. Cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring regularly, until softened but not browned.
- 3
Stir in the garlic paste and cook for about 1 minute, allowing the raw aroma to cook out.
- 4
Sprinkle in the salt, white pepper, chilli flakes, and garlic powder. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring constantly so the spices do not burn and coat the vegetables evenly.
- 5
Add the fried chips to the pan and gently mix using a spoon until fully coated with the seasoning and vegetables.
- 6
Once everything is evenly combined and heated through, remove from the heat and serve immediately.
