Mexican Street Tacos
These are the BEST Mexican street tacos you'll ever eat due to one simple reason: the cut of beef. Serve with warmed corn tortillas, cilantro and onion and thank me later.

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 1 1/2 pounds diezmillo steak (cut into thin cubes)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillion
- 2 medium white onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 12 corn tortillas
- cilantro, minced onion, red or green salsa (optional, to serve)

Heat a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat and add the steak, salt and bouillion (no need to add oil.) Cook until browned, stirring occassionally, until the liquid evaporates, about 20 minutes.

While the steak is cooking, saute the onions with the soy sauce before adding to the beef mixture.

Serve beef and onion mixture in tortillas that you've gently warmed over a lightly oiled skillet. Garnish with cilantro and onion to serve.
