Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 4 Weight Watchers wraps (or any low-calorie wrap)
- 2 cups leftover cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Lettuce leaves (or spinach if you prefer)
- Spray oil
Instructions
- 1
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and water. This sticky sauce adds tons of flavor to the chicken
- 2
Heat a non-stick pan with a few sprays of oil. Add the sliced onion and cook until soft, about 3 minutes. Then, toss in your shredded leftover chicken and pour the soy sauce mixture over it. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the chicken is coated in the sticky sauce
- 3
Lay out the Weight Watchers wraps on a clean surface. Add a few lettuce leaves or spinach to each wrap. Divide the sticky chicken mixture between the wraps, sprinkling sesame seeds on top if you like
- 4
Roll up each wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go. You can serve them right away or toast them for an extra crispy finish. Simply spray a bit more oil in your pan and toast each side for about a minute.
