Gochujang Pork Belly Noodles

Ingredients
Quantities are shown as originally provided.
- 500 g pork belly
- 2 serving knife-cut noodles (or any noodle of your choice)
- 1/3 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
- toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Chop pork belly into thin slices and combine it with the pork marinade. Whilst letting the pork to marinate, you can chop your vegetables and boil noodles/ rice, then set it aside. If you want, you can let the pork marinate longer for more flavour.

Heat oil on a frying pan and turn to medium heat. Add the pork belly slices and stir-fry for around 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve your pork with noodles/ boiled white rice, then top it off with sliced cucumbers, sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
