Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup of cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, chopped green onions

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.

    Place each square of puff pastry into a muffin tin, pressing it gently against the sides and bottom to form a shell.
