- 2-4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 21 oz wheel brie cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 pack whole-grain crackers or prepared crostini (for serving)

Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Unbox the brie and remove any wrapping paper. Score the top of the brie in a crosshatch pattern with a knife. Transfer the brie to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Combine minced garlic with melted butter and pour it over the top of the brie. Sprinkle with salt, ground black pepper, and fresh thyme leaves. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the brie is lightly melted.
