  • 500 g Chicken Thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1- inch Ginger (grated)
  • 2 Green Chillies (slit lengthwise)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
  • Coriander (chopped)

Instructions

    Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.

    Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

    Stir in minced garlic, grated ginger, and slit green chillies. Cook for 2 minutes.

    Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
