- 500 g Chicken Thighs (boneless and skinless)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1- inch Ginger (grated)
- 2 Green Chillies (slit lengthwise)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 2 Tomatoes (chopped)
- Coriander (chopped)
